The Draft Comprehensive Plan reflect changes made from the prior draft presented to the Town in April. Edits to the plan are discussed in the FGEIS section 2.0 (see below).
The files below are documents included in the Generic Environmental Impact Statement (GEIS) in compliance the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (6 NYCRR 617). The Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement (DGEIS) was accepted for review by the Town Board on April 25, 2024. The Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement (FGEIS) was accepted on August 6, 2024.
